Information we collect
When you submit the discovery form, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, email address, project description, and selected budget range. We may also receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as browser type, device type, IP address, and request logs.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your request, contact you about the work, coordinate a discovery conversation, improve our services, and protect the website from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
The discovery form is processed by FormSubmit so that your request can be delivered to Make Plain Solutions by email. Website hosting, security, and email providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and choices
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
