03 / Client work

Different operations.
Different systems.

We do not reskin the same platform. Each engagement starts with the client’s real work and produces the software, integrations, agent roles, and controls that work requires.

CUSTOM CRM IN DEVELOPMENT

Ivey Residential

ADDRESS → OWNER → CONTACT → OUTREACH → CRM
COMPANY CONTEXT

Ivey Residential is a commercial real estate brokerage. A new opportunity often begins with only a property address and image, while the person with authority to discuss a sale may be hidden behind parcels, entities, deeds, and disconnected public records.

THE PROBLEM

Finding the right owner or decision-maker can consume roughly 15 hours each week. There was also no operating system to answer questions such as how many people were contacted before the correct owner was found, which counties convert best, or how many outreach attempts have been made to the same person.

THE CUSTOM SYSTEM

A company-first CRM with property intake; linked owners, companies, contacts, and opportunities; GIS, deed, and Secretary of State evidence stages; contact research; outreach history; sales cheat sheets; and county-level performance reporting.

THE AGENTS’ WORK

Agents physically process property batches, collect ownership evidence, research the confirmed people and companies, build CRM records, prepare contact briefs, record outreach activity, and keep the next action moving through the system.

THE CONTROLS

Evidence stages remain distinct. Uncertain matches stay visible. Contact research and outreach begin only after the required gates, and sensitive actions require human approval.

THE RESULT

A repeatable path from a property address to a reviewed, contactable opportunity—with every search, outreach attempt, county result, and next action visible in the CRM.

LIVE OPERATING PLATFORM

BoatSitterUS

INQUIRY → YACHT → RELATIONSHIP → FOLLOW-UP
COMPANY CONTEXT

BoatSitterUS is a yacht brokerage. Its operation depends on maintaining accurate yacht and inventory information, guiding buyers and sellers through high-value decisions, and keeping every inquiry, relationship, and follow-up connected.

THE PROBLEM

The website, inventory, payments, customer journeys, content, reporting, and infrastructure behaved like separate tools instead of one brokerage operation.

THE CUSTOM SYSTEM

A connected platform spanning yacht and inventory information, commerce, payments, CRM, booking communication, publishing, attribution, performance intelligence, and infrastructure monitoring.

THE AGENTS’ WORK

Specialists physically update yacht data, publish approved content, maintain customer records, route follow-up, analyze performance signals, and monitor system health inside the tools they own.

THE CONTROLS

Publishing, money, permissions, strategy, and sensitive replies stop at human approval gates. Work leaves evidence, status, and a change history.

THE RESULT

Recurring brokerage and growth work moves through accountable specialists while the business retains authority over judgment, relationships, risk, and deal direction.

GROWTH SYSTEM IN OPERATION

Thrive Speech & Language Therapy

SEARCH → TRUST → BOOKING → MEASUREMENT
COMPANY CONTEXT

Thrive Speech & Language Therapy is a pediatric speech-language therapy practice serving South Florida. The practice offers bilingual English and Spanish care, in-person services in Deerfield Beach, and virtual care while keeping clinical and patient information inside its healthcare platform.

THE PROBLEM

The practice had strong client trust but was essentially invisible to anyone who did not already know the business personally. It ranked on Google for only two keywords, appearing around pages 14 and 16—far beyond where families normally look. A slow website, incomplete Google Business presence, very little searchable content, and weak conversion measurement made organic discovery nearly impossible.

THE CUSTOM SYSTEM

A connected patient-acquisition system spanning a rebuilt website, bilingual service positioning, Google Business optimization, local and specialty SEO, content production, booking handoff to TheraPlatform, and conversion measurement that stays outside the clinical-data boundary.

THE AGENTS’ WORK

Agents physically research search demand, create and publish approved service content, maintain the Google Business profile, monitor rankings and site performance, respond to approved growth tasks, and turn verified opportunities into completed work.

THE CONTROLS

Clinical details, insurance data, and protected health information remain in TheraPlatform. Public-site measurement stops at the booking handoff, and healthcare claims, publishing, access, and sensitive replies remain approval-gated.

THE RESULT

Parents can understand the practice, find it through the searches that match their needs, and move into the existing booking workflow—while the business gains a measurable, maintained growth system.
